Mohammad Rostampour was born in 1965 in Shendabad, East Azerbaijan Province. He completed his early education in his hometown, moved to Tehran in 1983 to continue his studies, and graduated in Civil Engineering in 1994.<\/p>\n

He holds a Class One License to Practice in Civil Engineering \u2014 spanning design, computation, supervision, and execution \u2014 issued by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, grounded in a firm belief in principled design and execution based on modern national and international standards.<\/p>\n

Alongside his university studies, he founded his first companies and, in partnership with groups such as Shendi Tarh Andish, Avaye Tose’e Tav, and Tose’e Paydar Tav \u2014 all now under the TAV Holding umbrella \u2014 developed activities across the construction, apparel, petrochemical, and mining industries.<\/p>\n
