Project Description: <\/strong>The commercial-official Tav complex located in Sa\u2019adat Abad, at the corner of first and 3rd streets in Tehran includes 6 parking floors, 3 commercial and 9 official floors which are regarded as the best qualified official-commercial sectors due to being located in the best part of Sa\u2019adat Abad.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Technical\/executive features:<\/h4>\n

1- The building was designed based on the \u00a0newest 2800manual edition of Iran earthquake and the tenth chapter of national building provisions using scratching frame to resist earthquake.<\/p>\n

2- The building has metal frame with nuts and bolts and steel deck ceilings.<\/p>\n

3- The concrete retaining wall is built in all the undergrounds at the 4 corners of the building.<\/p>\n

4- Two foreign elevators with the capacity of 13 people.<\/p>\n

5- To accelerate communication in parking\u2019s floors, lifter jack is used for moving cars.<\/p>\n

6- The project design was accomplished by a group of best architecture engineers in Tehran. Curtain wall system is used in the building front composed of glass and Porcelain ceramic.<\/p>\n

7- Official units were designed and delivered in the flat form with no partitions and each unit includes WC, canteen and management room service.<\/p>\n
