The commercial-official Tav complex is located in Sa\u2019adat Abad, at the corner of 15th street in Tehran. The complex includes \u00a0parking floors, 2 commercial and 8 official floors, totally 16 floors which are regarded as the best qualified official-commercial sectors due to being located in the best part of Sa\u2019adat Abad.<\/p>\n

Technical\/executive features:<\/h4>\n

1- The building was designed based on the newest 2800manual edition of Iran earthquake and the tenth chapter of national building provisions using scratching frame to resist earthquake.<\/p>\n

2- The building has metal frame with nuts and bolts and steel deck ceilings.<\/p>\n

3- The concrete retaining wall is built in all the undergrounds at the 4 corners of the building.<\/p>\n

4- Two foreign elevators with the capacity of 15 people.<\/p>\n

5- The project design was accomplished by a group of best architecture engineers in Tehran. Curtain wall system is used in the building front composed of glass and Porcelain ceramic.<\/p>\n

6- Office units were designed and delivered in the flat form with no partitions, and each unit includes WC, canteen and management room service.<\/p>\n

7- In the commercial units WC and butler pantry is provided.<\/p>\n

8- The entry doors of the floors, shared parts, lobby and parking are equipped with the closed-circuit cameras.<\/p>\n

9- The building installations system<\/p>\n

10- The building heating system is in form of central powerhouse whose equipments are of the best Iranian\/foreign brands.<\/p>\n

10-1 the building cooling system developed for the official units is in concentrated form where chiller and fan coil would be of the Japanese Toyo brand.<\/p>\n

10-2 the cooling system of commercial units has been predicted separately where chiller and fan coil would be of the Japanese Toyo brand.<\/p>\n
