Mohammad Rostampour was born in 1965 Shend Abad city of East Azarbayejan province. He educated up to third year of high school in Shend Abad. In 1983 he moved to Tehran to continue his education and in 1994 graduated in civil engineering.
Mr.Rostampour possesses License to Practice class one in civil engineering in field of design, computation, supervision and performance issued by Ministry of Roads and Urban development….
