Technical/executive features:

1- The building was designed based on the newest 2800manual edition of Iran earthquake and the tenth chapter of national building provisions using scratching frame to resist earthquake.

2- The building has metal frame with nuts and bolts and steel deck ceilings.

3- The concrete retaining wall is built in all the undergrounds at the 4 corners of the building.

4- Two foreign elevators with the capacity of 15 people.

5- The project design was accomplished by a group of best architecture engineers in Tehran. Curtain wall system is used in the building front composed of glass and Porcelain ceramic.

6- Office units were designed and delivered in the flat form with no partitions, and each unit includes WC, canteen and management room service.

7- In the commercial units WC and butler pantry is provided.

8- The entry doors of the floors, shared parts, lobby and parking are equipped with the closed-circuit cameras.

10- The building heating system is in form of central powerhouse whose equipments are of the best Iranian/foreign brands.

10-1 the building cooling system developed for the official units is in concentrated form where chiller and fan coil would be of the Japanese Toyo brand.

10-2 the cooling system of commercial units has been predicted separately where chiller and fan coil would be of the Japanese Toyo brand.

10-3 the building is equipped with the fire control/alarm system in parking and shared sectors.
