Project Description: The commercial-official Tav complex located in Sa’adat Abad, at the corner of first and 3rd streets in Tehran includes 6 parking floors, 3 commercial and 9 official floors which are regarded as the best qualified official-commercial sectors due to being located in the best part of Sa’adat Abad.

The landsize: 1280 square meters

The landsize after amendment: 640 square meters

The total infrastructure area: 9800 square meters

Useful Commercial area: 2000 square meters

Useful Official area: 3500 square meters

Technical/executive features:

1- The building was designed based on the  newest 2800manual edition of Iran earthquake and the tenth chapter of national building provisions using scratching frame to resist earthquake.

2- The building has metal frame with nuts and bolts and steel deck ceilings.

3- The concrete retaining wall is built in all the undergrounds at the 4 corners of the building.

4- Two foreign elevators with the capacity of 13 people.

5- To accelerate communication in parking’s floors, lifter jack is used for moving cars.

6- The project design was accomplished by a group of best architecture engineers in Tehran. Curtain wall system is used in the building front composed of glass and Porcelain ceramic.

7- Official units were designed and delivered in the flat form with no partitions and each unit includes WC, canteen and management room service.
