Mohammad Rostampour
With a foundation in engineering knowledge and hands-on experience, I strive to create lasting value through sustainable development in the built environment and to enhance the quality of life for communities.
Mohammad Rostampour was born in 1965 in Shendabad, East Azerbaijan Province. He completed his early education in his hometown, moved to Tehran in 1983 to continue his studies, and graduated in Civil Engineering in 1994.
He holds a Class One License to Practice in Civil Engineering — spanning design, computation, supervision, and execution — issued by the Ministry of Roads and Urban Development, grounded in a firm belief in principled design and execution based on modern national and international standards.
Alongside his university studies, he founded his first companies and, in partnership with groups such as Shendi Tarh Andish, Avaye Tose’e Tav, and Tose’e Paydar Tav — all now under the TAV Holding umbrella — developed activities across the construction, apparel, petrochemical, and mining industries.
A developer’s true credit is the lasting value it creates for people, the city, and the future.
